I need help with this. this message will pop up every 5 seconds non stop and I have tried different "fixes" found on the internet. nothing is working. I have not done a factory reset due to people saying this doesn't work and I want it to remain a last resort. I have not gone to verizon since this started friday while I was at work. Any ideas???
