When I go to Blackberry Browser and enter any website for access, the message HTTP Error 403: Forbidden You are not authorized to view this page -- comes up every time for sites as simple as www.espn.com or any other general site -- like www.google.com
Are you supposed to be set up on a BlackBerry Internet Service plan (personal)? If so, I would call customer service and make sure you are set up with BIS, because it sounds like you may be set up on BlackBerry Enterprise Server with a firewall in place.
The reason I say start with your plan is I had a problem earlier this month and discovered that although my plan showed BIS when I checked on My Verizon, I was actually set up with BES.
