4G signal and wifi connectivity very very spotty now. How can this be fixed?
jemcmorrow, we need to fix this right away. Do you have 3rd party applications downloaded to your phone? Let's make sure that your device is connecting to our network properly since the update. Tap Settings>Backup and Reset> Reset Network Settings>Reset Network. How many bars of reception do you have now?
