I was pushing to get this update but apparently it is very poorly written
Both Verizon and Samsung are passing the Buck nobody is taking responsibility
8 Hours on both mine and my wife phone 100% complete both failed to install
3hours on the phone with Verizon and Samsung neither has a clue
Neither Verizon PC software or Samsungs PC software see any update to download.
