After both times that I've restarted the S7 Edge, the apps saved to the SD card will not load. I waited about 10 minutes, then restarted again. The second restart mounts the SD card properly. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you tried the sd card in other device to see if they responded the same way? I'd recommend trying that. Do you ever get a message on the device that stats the card cannot be read?
