This is the second Galaxy I've had and after about a month they've both stopped ringing when I get a call. I've tried every suggestion to find a solution and none work. The first (s3) was thru Sprint and this one (s5) thru Verizon so carrier is not the problem. I went online and there are numerous people with the same problem. Seems like Samsung could do better. I don't think I'll be getting another one.
