My galaxy 5 won't send pics. It will receive them but not send
I took my phone to a Verizon store and they worked with it to no avail.
They called Verizon techs and they said there was no Verizon software
installed on the phone. I had purchased it through an eBay seller. I
contacted the seller and he agreed to take it back. I purchased another
phone (galaxy s5) through the store. Actually wanted the 7 but they were
sold out. Everyone at the store was very helpful. They tried really hard
to solve my problem.

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another phone and ask them to reset your text message feature from their end and see if that works.
@Mouseyjoe not being able to send pics is no fun. Let's get to the bottom of this. When did this start? Have you tried to restart your device? What happens when you try to send pictures?AdrienneP_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupportIf my response answered your question please click the Correct Answer button under my response. MouseyJoe, we want you to use that device to it's full potential. Did you recently migrate from an Apple device to this Samsung phone? Are you having any issues with making/receiving calls? Let’s make sure your mobile/cellular data is working. Turn off your Wi-Fi and try to browse the internet. Next, try to send a picture message. Keep us posted.
