Recent update just over night, I no longer have Unlock Effects, the entire settings are missing. I am not able to find them anywhere. Were they removed? If so why?

My phone did an update overnight, and it rebooted, I am now missing my Unlock Effects settings. It doesnt matter what I change the unlock type to, it will never appear.

What happened? Why was it removed?
