trying to pair headset the s7 is not seeing it

Congratulations on the new phone! I hope that other than this speed bump, you are enjoying the new device. Let’s make sure we get everything resolved for you. Are you having trouble with pairing a Bluetooth with your phone? Have you been able to completely turn off both the Bluetooth & the phone? Have you tried to pair the Bluetooth with any other device to see if it is recognized?
