Message and Data rates

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I can no longer send text messages to like radio contests numbers. I accidently clicked on the cancel and remember my choice pop up for message and data rates apply. I can not figure out how to change the setting back so I can send messages to contest numbers. Anyone know how to fix this??

I appreciate this information, Siarra36. I also try to stay away from these kinds of messages, but I always use the text option to get a free movie rental when available. Since this issue started after you selected the "Remember my Choice" option, we'll need to clear the cache on the app. To do so, please go to Settings>Applications>Application Manager>Select your Message app>Storage>Clear Data/Clear Cache. If you have personalized your app, you will need to set things like message tones or message backgrounds back up.

If you are still unable to send a message to this number, from Settings>Applications>Application Manager, select the three dots in the upper right and select Reset app preferences.

I loving win tickets from radio concerts and want to make sure you can too. When replying back to these text are you getting any error messages? Are you able to reply to other marketing messages such as these?

When I send a message to them I get a grey bubble beside it with an ! and it says message failed. When you click on message details you get an error code of addr.Vcnt. It had been working just fine until I accidently clicked on the message and data rates charges pop up. I have not tried to send messages to any other marketing messages.
