So I have had my S6 replaced 3 times for numerous problems. After 5 hours on the phone with customer support, and being hung up on 6 times, talking to Samsung and getting their approval to change me to a note 4, I get a rep named Levi who was getting it all set up and the call dropped or hung up or whatever. Never heard back. The next rep I got said Levi lied to me and that floored me. Who says that about a fellow coworker? And proceeded to tell me I was not getting a Note phone period. Now I'm stuck with a used piece of crap I'm paying $600 for and it locks up, doesn't charge, and drips calls constantly. BRAVO VERIZON....BRAVO
AND I'VE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE 1996!!!
