[Removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] I have only had this service for 2 months now. I did their "buy a new galaxy s7 and we will pay the ETF from your old carrier and buy your phone back from you", plus the free gift that I was SUPPOSED to receive for pre-ordering the new S7. It has been a complete nightmare from day 1. I was never emailed an actual invoice for the purchase and when I spoke to customer service they told me to check the recent orders tab under my online account. When I told them that there is literally nothing to display, they told me they "didn't know what to tel me". Big help. I scanned each document I received from Verizon regarding the phone into the claim submission form and they were all denied. I still do not have a receipt for my records. Now that issue is the nearly the biggest concern of mine, however I am extremely disappointed that I won't be receiving my claim that I was entitled to with my purchase. But I digress. I received an email telling me that my old phone had been appraised and they would be sending my a gift card with the balance. 5 weeks later and still no gift card. Went down the physical store and they could not find a record of it. As the second part of the switch offer, I was supposed to bring in my last bill from my last carrier (Sprint, for the record) to have them reimburse me for the ETF. After no less than an hour (sadly, I am not exaggerating), the guy finally says OK you should be getting your prepaid VISA in the mail soon. Come to find out, this afternoon I get an email about the submission and it tells me my submission (the one done by the guy at the Verizon store) was denied, and I won't be receiving the reimbursement I was promised for switching from my old carrier. I am done. I am absolutely done with this company. Only 2 months in and I am ready to run back to Sprint even if I have to put up with having no coverage. This is utterly ridiculous.
