Is the Galaxy S7 throttling my data speeds?

I've had this S7 for about 3 weeks and usually have it on Wi-Fi so I didn't notice this issue earlier. But when I run a speed test it shows my LTE speeds as being in the Kb range, when I restart the phone and then run another one the speeds are at around 20-30 Mb per second (which is normal for this area) for about 10-15 minutes before they slow down again until I restart again. Has anyone else had this issue?

Turns out its a tower issue, all verizon devices in the immediate area are doing the same thing. I've already put in a trouble ticket and am just waiting on a resolution.

then you have a problem with your service provider.

4g will only be 4-12mbps at best with cox, who's your provider??,
