visual voice mail not displaying text

I have a Galaxy S5. OS is up to date. My Visual Voice mail has suddenly stopped displaying text. The incoming caller information is there but no text message. This includes messages that I could view yesterday. I have re started the device and removed and reinserted the battery. Anyone know of a fix for this? Thanks

Visual Voicemail is a very nice feature and we can understand wnating to make sure everything works the way it should. Lets look into this for you and get the text showing again on this feature. Did you notice any changes to the application right before this started to happen? Any new apps or anything downloaded around this time? Are you able to play the messages with no problem?
