How do I turn off the Samsung Milk Music App?

I just got my Galaxy 7 on Friday afternoon, it is now Sunday afternoon and I have used 80% of my data because I didn't know that the Samsung Milk Music App that I inadvertently turned on was never turned off....HOW do I turn this off before I have NO data left? Time is a factor! HELP!

You can also go into your application manager and go to the app in there and disable it.
