My granddaughters phone will only work on Wi-Fi,when she tries to use the data, it will not work,we have more than enough gigs on our account,our phones are on same account & we have no problems.Help!!!

Having a connected phone is certainly important! Let's see if we can get you some help. When did this problem begin happening? Is Mobile Data turned on in the phones settings under the "Data Usage" category?

is the phone activated?? if not, only wi-fi is available.
