I have searched everywhere for any help. Right now, my watch is useless because I use it for texting with voice while my phone is in my pocket, I have an Edge 6+.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge Plus. Yes, I am pairing with Bluetooth. I have disconnected the watch and re-paired it. I have uninstalled the Gear program and reinstalled. The watch receives notifications from the phone but the voice command stopped working. Worked fine before the update.
NeilKeyWest, we want to make sure that you can utilize your Gear 2. Have you tried a factory reset on the Gear 2? This might help clear up any cause for the voice commend issue.

Unfortunately, now my watch is useless. It connected via Bluetooth, but just sits on the "waiting for connection from Samsung gear..." screen.
