How do I RESTORE ALL of my text messages (from old Android phone) that are backed up in the Verizon Cloud to my new Windows Phone (LG Lancet, OS 8.1)?

Congrats on your new phone! How exciting. Using the Cloud is always a good option. However, Android & Windows are two different operating systems. For Windows phones, the Cloud was only able to do contacts & pictures. You can see in the Cloud app settings if the "Restore" option is available. If not, did you use Verizon Messages app on your Android? You can view your messages on a pc then.
