Traveling to Kenya and Tanzania - can I use wifi as normal on my Note 4 while in those countries with no charge from Verizon?
I would suggest keeping the device in Airplane mode for the entirety of the trip.
Another option is to use a local prepaid SIM card for the country you are visiting if the length of trip justifies the cost and the locations you are traveling to has cellular service.
