when I plug my cosmos 3 into my pc it charges the phone but that is all it does I don't get upgrade assistant or anything else what could be wrong cell works great otherwise
Thanks for reaching out today. That's a great device. The Cosmos 3 isn't designed to transfer via a USB connection to a PC. Its acting correctly by charging the device.
