Why doesn't Windows 10 recognize my Samsung s6 when I plug into a USB port?

Anyone have a solution?

The Marshmallow update USB mode is charging only. Pull down the notification shade, tap the notification that says Connected for Charging, and change it to Transferring Media Files.

And I just noticed that my other reply has a word left out ... it should have said: The Marshmallow update USB mode default is charging only.
