My Samsung s6 is not leaving voice messages.
Phone rings message beepsounds and when I try to retrieve messages it says mailbox is empty.

Being able to receivig your voice mial is extremely important. Let's take a look into these missing messages. When did this issue begin? Do you have basic voice mail or Visual Voice mail? When was the last time you were able to retrieve your voice mial?
