I'm connected to my home wi-fi but I'm getting the message that the device is offline. I've powered off and back on to reset. How do I troubleshoot? Other devices on network are connecting without issues.
D-Rob, let's get you connected to your Wi-Fi. Have you checked to see if your Wi-Fi setting is enabled on your device? Please power your device off and on.
