I ordered the galaxy S7 edge during the receive free VR gear and $50 occulus Rift card promotion. I got he phone but no VR gear or mention about it.

I orderd the Galaxy S7 on December 24th while a promotion to buy the S7 or S7 edge and receive a Vr gear and $50.00 Occulus Rift gift card was goin on. I did not receive the gear or the card nor any mention that a another shipment was due when I got the phone. from Samsung it seems that this was a promotion that Verizon Wireless was responsible for sending the gear and the gift card. Any idea what needs to be done?

zman67951 We are sorry to learn you did not receive the promised promotion. We are here to help you but I have a questions. Both the VR and $50.00 Gift card should have been presented at the store. The Gift card was valid while supplies last. Did you ask at the store? Did you receive or ask for any instructions?

I read the OP has having ordered the items online and not in a store.

Thanks Dolores, I spoke to a representative on facebook and they took care of the problem. They are sending me out the gear. It was ordered online, part of the problem may have been that if you chose the link for the free gear you were only given the S7 not a choice of either the S7 and the S7 edge. I wanted the Edge.
