How Can I Transfer Pictures From My Old Phone?

Hello.  I just upgraded to a Galaxy s7.  However, I have pictures on my old LG Extravert 2.  Is there a way to transfer the pictures to my PC or laptop or even my new smartphone?  Thanks...Mac
