I activated my new Galaxy S7 Edge today (bought it online at Best buy) to replace my Note 7.
Am I automatically gonna get the $20 upgrade fee refunded or do I have to manually request it (by phone or chat)? And the $100 promotion from Samsung? Is that automatically gonna post to my account?
