So after 2 days (Thanksgiving day and Black Friday) of dropped calls and slow text sending. I went to finally upgrade my S5.
I am very upset I got to go to third party Best Buy to get the same phone for $100 less with a free virtual headset. But unfortunately after 1 hour with store rep, my account cannot be accessed. I even changed passwords online, all to no avail. I left w.o. a new phone. I can't pay $100 more just to have your store rep give me the same phone. Walmart don't have the s7 edge , but the regular s7 is just $118....your site is $199. It seems like your ripping off your longtime customers. Not happy and thinking about making a switch.
