I'm now on my third Incredible. All reboot spontaneously anywhere from none to 20 times a day. Usually location related, by which i mean certain parts of my home. Never, for example in New York City.
My last plaintive call to CustServ elicited the upgrade, which she said I''d get in three or four weeks(!). She said that would solve the reboot problem, among other things.
Has anyone in fact gotten the upgrade and found it solved the reboot problem? I know there is a problem because it is widelly discussed on Verizon and other fora.
