Verizon Wireless, once again, screwed this up. A 'system update' kept popping up on my Samsung S5 for days. It would not go away so reluctantly, I started the update. Now, the phone will not turn on, the factory reset button hold does not work and connecting it to my computer via USB does nothing. How funny is it that it is out of contract? Any clue on what to do or should I take it to the VZW store and implant it on the first tech I run into?
