My phone was working fine yesterday. This morning, no ringing for incoming calls. Ring tones for texts but not for calls.
Yes, it suddenly began to work....I don't know why.

I had reset the phone and the ringtones still didn't work.
30 minutes later, the incoming call ring is suddenly working.

I am still having trouble with incoming calls from one source. When I login to my bank account, I am asked to get a one-time login code and I can receive by phone. I have NEVER had problems receiving this call before. However, the last two times I have tried to get the code by phone, it goes straight to voice mail. Voice mail does not help because I have to press a key to get the code while on the phone call with them.
Why would my phone suddenly reject their call?
I’m disappointed to hear that you are unable to receive this important call from your bank. I know these types of calls are important and I want to help resolve this for you. Any recent updates with this method of receiving your bank’s login code? Have you noticed that this happens in one location or everywhere?
