FINALLY broke free of the chains of a contract

YES, it stung with the ETF to become prepay, but i do see there are lesser resources available at this level. i guess you get what you pay for. Has anyone else seen the same. sadly, i lost mt 3000 points in community, and its impossible to get them back. so i guess its a start-over now. but if anyone knows if its possible to get points back, let me know,
