When i am on Pandora, Napster, etc to play music...it will play for a while and then it will paused and then i will go back and push play. it does it alot

SIMRUC47, let's get your music playing consistently. Do you have issues playing videos? When did this start? Could you test with data turned off (just on WiFi) and then test with WiFi turned off (just with data)? Let us know what happens.

I have tried what u said already before. I had the phone for about a 2 weeks and it started.....I had even reset and it still did it. It does that on videos also.....

I'm sorry to learn of the issues you've had with your device. I'd like to help you get to the bottom of this once and for all. Since you mentioned it's happening on both 4G data and Wifi, I'd like to ask some additional questions. Do you find that this is happening in the same location on either? Did this happen on any previous device(s) you had? Please share some additional details for me.

you might have a slow connection to verizon or wi-fi.
It use to do it on my samsung galaxy note 4 but after i did a hard reset....it didt do it anymore. It does it anywhere. It does not matter where i am at...... can i get a new phone?
it does not matter on the connection.....on my last phone it did and i had sprint so its not the connection

Thank you for your continued efforts on this. We know it can be very frustrating when all of your media keeps stopping.
