how do i replace a recalled note 7?
Just go to ther nearest Verizon store if this is where you bought the phone. I returned mine yesterday. They were very nice about giving my full refund for the phone and all the accessories. I am now out of Samsung's hands for good and will never look back. Five other people were doing same thing without purchasing another Samsung product. They went with different manufacturers.
