My phone will not charge despite trying different power cords and hooking it up to my computer - will verizon be able to fix it? I believe the internal power port is damaged.
Verizon Wireless doesn't fix phones. They can arrange for a replacement for warranty issues. It will be a used phone though. You can also work directly with the manufacturer Motorola to have them repair the phone. It would mean that you send the phone to them for the repair.
