For some reason my screen lock pattern changed and I have to do it five times and wait 25 sec. to open and use my pin. How can I change it with out doing a reset and loose all my stored info.
KIRKFALK, I'm sorry to hear that you are locked out of your phone. I know how important it is to have access to your device, and we'll work with you to help you get it unlocked. After entering an incorrect PIN, what are you seeing on your loock screen? Most people will see the option to enter their Gmail email address and password to help gain access. Are you seeing this?

The Pattern has changed for some reason. I do the wrong pattern 5 times and wait 25 seconds then have to enter my pin number to use the phone. Is there anything I can do without having to do a factory reset?
Kirkfalk, let's get your pattern option turned off or edited, so you can quickly access your phone. Please go to Settings > Lock Screen < Security. From the Lock screen section, tap Screen lock type, then change it to pin only or click pattern and change your pattern. After, please retest the pin or pattern to ensure you can access the phone.
