360 Antivirus Installed on phone w/out my knowledge

Can someone please help, I was having problems with my Droid.. They sent me a new one and I still have some issues... 1st my password was stolen from another site, Facebook and Instagram both warned me, so I changed passwords, then I went into my Verizon and somewhere in there, can't find where again unfortunately, I saw all the phones I had listed etc, this Droid and my last Droid which I got on July 14, both have a login from Ireland? And I can't find out how to fix that, so again changing my password I hope helps, but the other issue is, I was looking at the apps on my phone (in my Verizon, again I can't find where, it doesn't take my password now that I changed last night, it made me make a new one and it says that does not work either, any help??) so anyways, I was looking and 360 Antivirus app is installed, I t never installed it on either Droid, and it cannot b Uninstalled from the section I was in under my Verizon, and it does not show up under the general app section, so I have no idea how to get rid of it, or why it's even on my phone, or if it's a virus!!!!????

I have tried the 360 app on a older phone and didn't like it so removed it ASAP!

So again I'm not sure how it got on this Droid or how to remove it, Google play store says it's not installed as well!

Could it have been uploaded somehow when I restored this new phone? Is it integrated into my system? Or what is going on? I'm at a loss now with what to do!! Phone seems to run fine EXCEPT it keeps damaging any SD card I put in.

This is a brand new phone, only a few days old.

Please can someone help? All Verizon wants me to do is factory reset, but the phone came new , all I did was restored everything from Verizon cloud, if I do another annoying factory reset on the new phone, I'm worried it'll get back on my phone again when I restore it from cloud (besides it's annoying as he'll to keep reseting and restoring etcetc))

Lastly the phone keeps corrupting my SD card, I went thru 3 cards already, it turns the name of SD card into all letters and weird symbols! And card doesn't work properly!

I gotten nowhere with the Verizon and Motorola techs, they just say factory reset it, that's there answer for everything!! So annoying!!!!

Please tell me someone on here can help?

You should enable two factor authentication for your Google account to hopefully prevent unauthorized access again.

Thank you much! I will try it out. I just moved so I don't have a computer

hooked up yet but soon as I do I'll try this.

What I do know is the Droid turbo 2 does not like to b connected to a

computer, I get a box that pops up saying, installing software, but it

stops at a quarter way thru and doesn't move again at all, even if I leave

it there all day. So my last experience with the Droid(my other turbo2) and

computer was not to successful. I couldn't access the phone a few times...

And when I did finally access it, I couldn't do anything in the phone

options and my SD card doesn't show up or shows up as corrupt, all letters

and symbols and I can't get in it.

If I hook the SD card up to the comp w the little adapter, it seems to let

me add/remove etc, but that has been the only way! This is another issue I

have w this phone!

Also, daily, my "lost dir." Folder on SD card gets filled up w files, and

the really weird thing is, everything in that folder is dated December 31,

1979? Which is really weird, I was only 3yrs old at the time lol but I

lose files everyday

This is my 2nd turbo 2 is less then 3 months and both have had issues.

Sorry if I sound dumb hehe but how do I enable the 2 factor Auth.? I

haven't seen it in the Google settings. I shall check again.
