Is there a way to back up contacts from a basic phone onto a computer so I can upload them onto a new basic phone?
Do I need a Verizon rep to do it?
Look into BitPim - I've used it on several basic phones to transfer and backup contacts and photos. If your exact phone model isn't on their list of supported devices, one that is similar may work.
