I've updated to 2.2 and added the flash player from the Market. yet when I go to CBS I get that the phone can't play streaming video. Any idea's?
To stream CBS video you will need the Tv.com app, it's free in the market place.
Edit: If you are able to get the CBS website to load in non-mobile form, it's possible you may get streaming to work from the site.
Edit 2: If you install and use the Skyfire browser from the marketplace (free) it will stream cbs.com videos just fine.
Try doing a battery pull while your device is powered on remove the battery and leave it out for about 10 to 15 seconds replace the battery on the device power it on and try to replay the video if it still is not allowing you to play the video try removing the app and reinstalling the app again to see if it doesn't correct the issue.

Are you actually getting to the CBS.com site or are you being redirected to a limited version of the site such as m.cbs.com?
What browser are you using?
Did you download flash?
