I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a bad charger port. A friend gave me a Verizon Qi wireless charger stand but I can't get my phone to charge on it. Any suggestions?
i'm not sure the s4 is capable.
The S4 doesn't support wireless charging natively; you'd need a replacement back cover that supports wireless charging (if you can find one; VzW is out of stock and it's apparently been discontinued by Samsung; you might check on-line somewhere, like Amazon).
The S6 was the first Galaxy with the wireless charging built in. You can purchase a wireless adapter on Amazon for less than $10 a replacement back cover is often much more, between $25 and $40
I put one in all my phones with removable back covers.
