Phone crashed Saturday, now screen won't rotate....

Yes, turned it on and off..never had a problem before...

I'm sorry you are having this issue. Let's take a closer look. When you say the device crashed, what exactly happened? Does the device rotate for some tasks but not for all, or does it not rotate at all? Please elaborate for us, so we can get to the bottom of this. Thanks so much
