Galaxy S7 won't charge in car after update

After my phone did the latest update, it won't charge using my 12v charger. It tells me that moisture is present when I plug it in. I left cable plugged to the phone, unplugged the USB end, and plugged it into my car's USB port and it started charging just fine. I haven't had any issues with my 12v charger until the update. Is there any way to fix the issue?

To trouble shoot this:

1. Try the 12v charger in a different outlet. Better yet, in a different car. If the charger doesn't work in those places, it's no good.

2. Try a different charger in that outlet. If a different charger doesn't work, the outlet is no good.
