My Galaxy S4 will only charge if it is powered off. The charge only holds about 4 hours after a full charge. I just purchased a new battery. That didn't solve the problem. In addition, I have tried charging the battery from an outlet, using a car charger and a portable charger. None seem to help. What is going on and what can I do? Thanks.
