I mistakenly hit the "block" button on a number that called and now despite it being 'removed' from the list, I can no longer receive nor place calls to the number

Mistakes happen but no worries, we will find a solution. Has the number been placed on the block list under your My Verizon account or from the phone settings only? Please provide the steps you are taking to unblock this caller from the phone.
