It's been almost a week since the network has been having issues, and my phone won't connect to 4G. Anyone else having this issue?
Have you tried turning off the phone, removing the SIM card, waiting a minute or so, then reinserting the SIM card? Once you then turn the phone back on, it should establish a fresh network connection (assuming there isn't an outage in your area, of course).
A week is too long without 4G BNYDIAG. What is your zip code? Have you tried to remove your SIM http://spr.ly/6587B7EFv card like suggested? Keep us posted.
