Ok, got replacement phone, works great . But

Alright heres the scoop:

I received my replacement Note 4, it works great BTW. Thew only problem now is my SD card is not showing my contacts . I still have the old Note 4

but am wondering how I can get to the internal storage on defective old note 4 to retrieve the contacts and either put onto my computer and or transfer to my working Note 4 now. Yes I have read about the smart switch app and I dont think I can use that because I dont think there is anyway way I can put the app on the old Note 4 to perform that transfer. I dont want to root the old note 4 because I need to send it back to Verizon in the next day. Any ideas on what I can do here?

And no I wasn't able to upload my contacts to the cloud or on google. I mean I should have done so before the problems began but as luck would have it.

I would bring both devices to your local Verizon Wireless store.  They may be able to transfer your contacts for you.
