DROID2.....I'm a novice so be kind. I can not erase the voicemail notification icon on my home page, even though the message has been played and deleted. Help?
found the following fix in the community and it worked
Call into your voicemail and select personal options, then turn off the notification, after you turn it off, turn the notification back on. This should clear out the message waiting indicator from your phone. I've attached the pathing for the voicemail as well. If it isn't for your particular message box, go to support, select features, and go to voicemail. Hope this helps.
