Verizon Messenger

My question is actually concerning Verizon messenger+. I use it on my Note 7 and LapTop, and just installed it on my Note 10.1 tablet. It installed on the tablet fine,got the activation code and it received all my contacts and messages, and receives new messages. However, as soon as I press any key on the keyboard to answer or write and text, the app stops and shuts down. I am using Marshmallow 6. Is there a fix . . or am I missing something?

That's definitely odd and we want to make sure that it works flawlessly with all your devices. Since you initially installed the application have you attempted to uninstall and resintally the Message+ application?

Well starting for one the phone is discontinued so they aren't gonna trouble shoot the issue further.
