Screen Will Not Rotate

I have done a hard reset, cleared the cache, safe mode, battery pull, cleaned the inside of the phone where the battery is, turned rotation off then phone off then phone on and rotation on and the only thing that will get my screen to rotate is if I use the youtube app and start a video then go back to my other apps and they will be sideways - as soon as I go "Home," it's back to vertical.

Please help.

I'm troubled to read that you are not able to rotate your screen, I know how useful that feature is. Let's figure this out together. How long has this been happening? When you did the hard reset on your phone, did you load your third party applications and files back onto your device immediately?

It seemed to be after I installed the most recent update. Once in a while I can get it to work for 10-15 minutes then nothing until I restart some time later. After I did the hard reset I loaded my apps one by one. I should not that immediately after the hard reset, my screen would not rotate

We want to make sure to get this issue resolved as soon as possible! Just to be sure, the only application that allows you to rotate the screen is Youtube, correct?
