my galaxy s5 is having speaker troubles ear piece i mean, the earphone sign says it is plugged in but it is not . and when someone calls i cant hear them umless it is on speaker

It's never good to hear you are having issues with your device. Let's work on getting this correct. How long has the icon been on the phone? Are you able to still use headphones if plugged in?
