I awoke this morning to an email informing me that my pre-order for my Note7 had been cancelled. I spent most of the afternoon on the phone with a Verizon rep, several different times on hold for several minutes and she finally says she'll call me back in "10 to 15 minutes". An HOUR later, I called in again, got another rep, another explanation of what I was calling about and at the end, being told that he cannot fix my problem because "they are out" of all three colors......WHAT???
I call the two stores closest to me, yes they're getting them tomorrow, no, they cannot hold one for me!
I have been with Verizon for 17 years, didn't leave and come back, stayed steady and I have NEVER had something like this happen.
I am soooo disappointed with Verizon today.
Has this happened to anyone else here??
